Mental Health Services
It can be very scary to go to a counselor the first time. It can be hard to face ourselves,
to open up to another, and even to just take that first step to address the things
that we are struggling with. But taking that step can mean a world of difference
for your life.
Many of our clients come for individual therapy to deal with challenges such as
depression, getting through a rough phase of life, bipolar disorder, anxiety
issues, or school behavioral issues, to name a few. We offer services for both
adults and children.
Within the first couple sessions, a mental health assessment will be
conducted that allows us to gather history and information about your particular
needs so that we can understand you as well as possible. Then an individualized
treatment plan is developed with cooperation between the client and the
therapist.
We offer both individual and group therapy, as well as case management
with other service providers, and medication management when necessary.
We work with three prescribing physicians, including two psychiatrists who work
closely with our therapists to provide additional consultation and evaluation
as needed.
In addition to our regular outpatient services, we also provide 24/7 crisis
services to the residents of the counties we serve. This crisis line can
be accessed in an emergency by dialing 9-1-1.
Feel free to stop by one of our offices for more information or give us a call.
You can even download an intake packet from our website.
